About the piece

Commissioned by and dedicated to the Rev. Dr Tom Woolford and All Saints' Church, New Longton, for the 60th anniversary of the church building. First performed on Easter Day 2024.

Two settings of the same Mass, both for liturgical use. The unison version is simple enough for congregations in churches with no choir to pick up and learn. The SATB version gives the altos, tenors and basses more challenging and interesting parts.

Both have organ or piano accompaniment.
